Germans eat 14 kilograms of fish a year. That's too much - for people and nature. In Turkish, "Deniz" means the sea - so her destiny at BettaF!sh was pre-programmed. In addition to her successful cookery books, she has also worked with food start-ups such as Kitchen Stories and researched the future of food at HERMANN'S. Product development, brand management and culture are her superpowers. She was also named one of V-Label's "Food Heroes" and EY's Entrepreneurial Winning Women 2022.
