Willemijn van der Toorn has worked at the Dutch Foreign Office for 15 years and has been Consul and Head of the Economic Department at the Dutch Consulate General in Düsseldorf since summer 2021. Her main areas of responsibility are the intensification of economic relations between the Netherlands and West Germany. Before coming to Düsseldorf, she worked as "Regional Coordinator Brexit" at the Dutch Embassy in Vienna.
