Peter has been working for 8 years at connectiv!, one of the first Microsoft partners for CRM in Germany. He specialises in sales, marketing and service. Responsible for sales, he talks to customers and prospects on a daily basis and knows the challenges of CRM implementations inside out. Dynamics 365 is the most important tool for his daily work. He is also fascinated by the entire Microsoft platform and the AI co-pilots in particular.
