Generating Business Value with Business Process Management (BPM) – How to Engage with Universities to Continuously Develop BPM Capabilities
In this talk, I'll discuss how novel university-business relations enhance organizations' BPM capabilities in alignment with their strategic goals. Focusing on the European Research Centre for Information Systems (ERCIS), a network of 30+ universities, I'll explore collaboration processes and notable outcomes like the BPM Billboard. This sets the stage for audience engagement on shaping future cooperation. I aim to identify participants' current challenges and preferred support, emphasizing the mutual benefit of ongoing research-practice interaction in today's dynamic environment.
