Short CV:
Jan Leideman studied mechanical engineering at Delft University of Technology. He has worked at Demcon in various positions since 2006. He worked for years as Operations Manager, where he was responsible for building up the Demcon organisation. In those years, the company grew from a small SME to a company with 1,200 employees. He was also responsible for the German branch of Demcon. In recent years, he has been responsible for new business within the company. That means that he deals with M&A processes, internal and external startups and setting up new market segments.
