With more than 1,500 member companies, forty employees and offices in The Hague, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Berlin, the Chamber of Commerce is a networking platform for German and Dutch companies. It represents the interests of the German economy in the Netherlands and supports companies from both countries in their activities in the respective neighbouring country.

After graduating from high school and training as an industrial clerk, Günter Gülker studied business administration in Germany and the Netherlands. In addition to various functions at the AHK, Günter Gülker was Deputy Managing Director of the German Chamber of Commerce for Southern Africa in Johannesburg from 2011 to 2012.
