The Gen AI journey of Westfalen AG:
Westfalen AG initiated its Gen AI journey in early 2023 with a hackathon, followed by workshops that led to a company-owned GPT and initial chatbot applications. These steps enabled the development of targeted AI solutions that improve efficiency and customer service. During the talk, Westfalen AG will present their Gen AI journey and show how the use of generative AI supports Westfalen's ongoing digital transformation.
Short CV:
Christoph is Business Intelligence Manager at Westfalen AG, a medium-sized Münster-based company that specialises in technical and medical gases, heating and cooling as well as sustainable mobility. He joined the company in 2019 as a Master's student with a thesis on the utilisation potential of big data analytics. Since then, he has been intensively involved with a wide variety of data and processes at Westfalen AG. He has also been involved in the founding of the AI Community and the AI CoP since day 1.
