Teamlead Corporate Cooperations | Hacker School gGmbH

Empowering employees and achieving social sustainability goals with the Hacker School

The Hacker School is a non-profit organisation with the vision that every child in Germany should learn to code before deciding on a career. We can only achieve this with the support of professional IT experts, our so-called INSPIRERS: when IT experts become inspirers, they leave their comfort zone, go back to school and speak directly to young people. A great development opportunity! Systematic cooperation with the Hacker School pays off for companies in many ways: Because we are committed to digital education - and work in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. The cooperation with the Hacker School is a concrete example of the company's commitment to social sustainability - and tackles the shortage of skilled labour at its roots.
