Stephanie Wölfel is Head of Digital Business at Ernsting’s family. As a sustainable family company with around 1,950 branches and a multiple award-winning online shop, Ernsting’s family is one of the largest cross-channel providers in the German-speaking textile retail sector. As Head of Digital Business, Stephanie is responsible for the operational digital business and the strategic development of the Digital Business division, including topics such as customer centricity and cross channel. She is therefore also responsible for the constant optimization of the successful cross-channel approach at EF. In addition, she and her team offer digital consulting within the company in order to significantly advance the digital transformation in the company.
Stephanie can look back on 16 years of experience in retail, cross-channel and e-commerce. She started as a trainee at EF in 2005, initially building up the online marketing unit and helping to develop the online shop, which was still at the very beginning at that time, as well as building up the e-commerce team. From 2009 on, she led the e-commerce division. Since 2018 she has been responsible for the digital business area and thus areas such as digital commerce, digital marketing, customer centricity and cross channel.
Stephanie has studied Communication Science, German studies and Culture/Communication & Management and lives in Münster.
